Katsukity New 3DS Driver Issue

I recently got a new PC (Windows 11) and reinstalled the New 3DS view software, however my PC cannot read the driver unless it's in Safe Mode with Driver Signature Enforcement disabled.

Is there an alternative that I can use or is there an updated version of the New 3DS viewer that I don't know about?

Ask the seller or Katsukity support (if they're still responding to requests) if they have a signed driver. Windows 10 drivers mostly just work on 11, but the issue here is that the driver isn't signed.

Alternately disable driver signing enforcement by putting your Windows into Test Mode. Open an administrator command prompt and run the command:

bcdedit /set nointegritychecks on

And reboot. This drops the driver signing requirement, and puts a watermark on the desktop to remind you that you're in Test Mode, because it's intended to be used for driver development and not a way to run things everyday.

This is not advised to do. You can bypass driver enforcement without the watermark by pressing option 7 in the same menu as rebooting to safe mode. This mode allows you to install any driver, verified or not, and persists across all reboots. Much easier

I can get it to work in Safe Mode, but the moment I restart my computer it stops working.

You don't reboot to safe mode. You boot to option 7 to install the driver from device manager

I tried that, same result.

Boot to option 7, reinstall the driver - Work's perfectly.

Restart my PC - It stops working.

For the record, the version of the N3DS viewer I'm using is 211. Not sure if there's a newer version.

As far as I've seen, booting with driver signature verification off is only for that one boot, and you need to set test mode with bcdedit to do it permanently. But it's been some versions since I've used it so I'm not certain.

No. The install bypasses it for all subsequent boots. Installing it again isn't necessary except for when windows does a major windows feature update, then it's just one reboot away to reinstall it. If it doesn't persist you did the installation process wrong.

Maybe I did. Can you run it down step-by-step on how I can install the drivers properly?
