New version of Mensinger 3DS! A private messaging app for the Nintendo 3DS

Hi everyone! Today I’m excited to share a brand-new update for my 3DS messaging app.

What's New?

• New Main Menu: Easily navigate between Contacts and Settings.
• Settings Menu: Customize your app experience.
• Dark Mode: Can be toggled on or off in the Settings menu.
• New Notification Sound: Plays when a new message arrives (can be disabled in Settings).
• Notification LED Toggle: Option to turn off the notification LED if you prefer a distraction-free experience.

Is the "Invalid or outdated title version (39)" error fixed?

• Yes! It should no longer trigger an error when installing via FBI.
• ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE INSTALLING THE .CIA: You MUST uninstall any previous version of the app before installing this update. Otherwise, you will see two separate app icons on your HOME Menu due to an updated UniqueID.

Does this still require internet and routed through a central server? Or can it be used offline between DS consoles in the same vicinity?

Yes, it still requires an internet connection to communicate. I had considered adding a console-to-console mode, but I quickly ruled it out because it didn't make much sense. Why send messages to someone sitting right next to you?

Which was the first thing I searched for after Homebrewing. Worked like a charm, even communicated with my stock ds lite, why Nintendo refused to add it is beyond me.
