GNU/Linux is a stupid fucking name, it would be more accurate for most distros to call themselves Python/Wayland/systemd/OpenSSL/glibc/GNU/Linux

musl+clang+busybox = GNUless. Alpine Linux is not GNU/Linux, for example.

I know this is a joke, but that's exactly the reason GNU/LInux is a terrible name that only exists due to Stallman's ego trip. Arguably Systemd and wayland are way more important than the coreutils, which are not even always GNU (busybox, uutils, etc)
