Honestly just switch to Gentoo. It's way easier

I just installed gentoo today. For the must part, I dont get it. Took so can long to compile Plasma meta and that is with -j24 jobs and 32 gigs of ram.
That was after dealing with all this use flags, which i get the concept, but don't understand how people effectively deal with them all the time.
Why would I want to spend more than half a day installing gentoo and waiting for everything i want to compile when I could have been up and running in an hour with other doistros?

Fuck Arch. Pain in the ass to install today on an old PC so just loaded Debian.
Debian just works. Arch is a shitty user experience.
Normally I just use CachyOS but the computer I was setting up today was too old.
