I don’t really have much knowledge on how the whole redemption process goes on the website. But the one thing I’m confused about is if the Mario run and the fire emblem heroes points count towards your total. Since they have unique icons on them in the mission screen.

I was trying to order some physical rewards (since my points were expiring at the end of this month) and when i placed the order and confirmed my payment method and such, it gave me an error saying it couldnt process my order. However, it still took the money for shipping and my platinum points! Has this happened to anyone else? and will i still get my rewards???

(I should note that I ordered from the IE Nintendo Store)

UPDATE: I just checked and found that they did refund my shipping costs! No sign of my platinum points yet but i hope they will return to me soon! Big thank you to u/Lagoo157 for suggesting Customer Support which ultimately lead me to finding this out!

Hello peoples!

I was looking for Super Mario Run friends to complete some Missions.

My Code is 3780-9592-8790 for anyone willing to add me :)

Feel free to drop your codes in replies and thankyou to anyone in advance!

I ordered stuff from the nintendo store and its status has been saying "Completed" for the past 12 days (Order date was 3rd of september). I contacted Nintendo on Sunday and they still haven't responded. I wanted to ask here if it happened to other people too or if it's an isolated case for me

Here’s a chance to earn up to 900 platinum points…

Hey so do I need to purchase Switch online or can I just get the free trial? I wanna make sure so I can get these rewards. Thanks!

Hello everyone, I was on the new the legend of zelda history japanese website checking the release date of the games and I noticed the age they claimed I was is wrong by one year. So I went to check and I apparently set the wrong date of birth back in 2017. I was 2 months from turning 13 so I guess that's why, I had created my account quickly just to play mario odyssey on my older brother's new switch.

If I contact Nintendo costumer and make them change it (I need to change only the year of birth, months and day are correct), will I risk a ban or something? Since I was only 12 years old at the time and you needed to be 13 to create an account without parental control.

I also have the 3DS Nintendo Network ID which I wanted to link to my Nintendo account, but I was never able to since I had lost the email I created it with and I had set I was like 10 years older of what i actually was lol.

Will I double risk losing my account if change network id's date of birth too and link it to the nintendo account?

edit: correction, it wasn't for mario kart but for mario odyssey, so I've never played online on that Nintendo account before i was actually 13

Nintendo Eshop game enjoy
