Besides ashwaghanda, SSRIs, l-theanine, bacopa what non-addictive compounds noticeably boost the gabaergic tone?

my personal list : Mangolia bark, skullcap , lemon balm, DHHB, passion flower, gabapentin, kava, apigenin, taurine, fasoracetam.
Other : Valerians, Hops, Gotu, ashwaganda, L theanine, magnesium glycinate, blue lotus, ecklonia cava , Homo taurine , Poppy
Don’t recommend(addicitive) : Phenibut
Night night stack : mangolia bark or DHHB + skullcap + lemon balm
alternate sleep : Passion flower+ apigenin + Lemon balm
work : Gabapentin + fasoracetam
for fun : Kava + lemonbalm + weed

Kava is one I don't see mentioned yet, works on GABA receptors and doesn't build tolerance like benzos do. The taste is absolute garbage but you get used to it after a while
Magnolia bark extract also worth looking into, it potentiates GABA at the receptor site similar to how benzos work but without the addiction risk. I cycle it couple times a week and the effect is more noticeable than l-theanine for me
Lemon balm is another one but it works partly by inhibiting GABA transaminase so you keep more GABA around. Pretty mild though, I use it mostly for sleep stack with magnesium
Taurine is underrated for this honestly, helps GABA synthesis and you can get it cheap anywhere
