Seeking Advice Rate my stack for ADHD. Any suggestions?
lions mane 500mg, choline 250mg, N acetyl l tyrosine 175mg, bacopa extract 100mg, l theanine 100mg, phosphatidylserine 20% 100mg, astaxanthin 12mg, caffeine usually 100-400mg a day. I also use pramiracetam sometimes for studying. What do u think i could do to edit/improve my stack im trying to maximize focus, energy, productivity as i have adhd. Any suggestions? Also thinking about taking creatine daily as i workout

that's a lot of capsules to swallow every morning, your stomach must be working overtime
the bacopa and phosphatidylserine are doing similar-ish things for choline, you could probably drop one and bump the other up a bit. also 400mg caffeine plus adhd is a wild ride, you either get laser focus or just a fast heartbeat while still scrolling on your phone for 3 hours

Be very careful with Lions Mane as it can wreck your libido over time. It had 5ar qualities. Look it up. Tyrosine is great and you can take much more of that without issue since it’s an amino acid.

Maybe more tyrosine and no caffeine in tablets, some of them may upset stomach and have negative advantages over hot beverages. For ADHD you can try out running in the mornings up to 10 km and also phenylpiracetam may help And meditation on motionless, try to gase into some object without blinking trying to reduce any eye movememts

What pills did they gave you?

Methylphenidate as stimulant and sertraline as SSRI . Atomoxetine also prescribed but it was not good so I am not using anymore.
The treatment is pretty dynamic. I am using bupropion also for two months and decreasing sertraline dosage for now.

I post a link to https://www.addysafe.org on every thread like this. I’ve been using this stack for years; my favorite part is it links to the research

“Sugary snacks. Aim to eat one every ~30 minutes. (Helps maintain blood glucose levels - you'll feel less tired and happier)”
Jesus Christ, that’s stupid.

That's essentially a reminder to eat while on stimulants. Idk why you're acting like simple advice to eat occasionally makes everything else on that page invalid.

If that’s what the person meant presumably they would say “don’t forget to eat”. Let’s smooth out blood glucose with sugary snacks twice an hour is objectively bad advice. So yes, it invalidates.

Semax(like peptides in general) is trending right now for ADHD. Go down the rabbit hole and see what you find about it.
