Discussion They're at it Again 2: The Douchening
I use Firefox w/UBO.
This happened previously, quite recently, and I had to install a new filter.
It happened again - just now, and luckily all I had to do is manually update the filters · even though they auto-update every day.
This is how fast UBO is, when dealing with Youturd's nonsense; Sometime within the last 24 hour update window , youtube adapted their detection and gating, and before that same window had elapsed, UBO had already patched a workaround.
Mostly likely not telling you anything you don't know, just hoping someone in the same boat will find this as a google-result when Spoogetube decides it's their turn for 'fuck you in particular'.
TLDR; Youtube sucks, Ublock Origin is all the solution you need, and if you don't believe me, ask literally anybody in this subreddit, they'll steer you right.

Humor Never understood this
Maybe I'm just not that deep in the seas of piracy, but I never understood why some pirate sites, with content they certainly dont have legally (not talking about sites like Webtoon who have license and all) would charge money to read on It?
Ads I understand, that will give you money just for people visting the site, but who the hell pays a pirate site to read stuff when there are a thousand other sites with free stuff?

Discussion High seas under attack
I'm sure I'm not the only who has noticed. More and more trustworthy pages get taken down. Finding an open source alternative is harder. Browser search engines have mostly complied to the commerces and hide the free options. The other day a friend of mine that wanted to install a program from a Russian monk had a hard time just finding it's page.
What is happening? Is this IA that is making implementing this changes easier? Are the governments investing way more money on fighting the high seas? What do you guys think?

Question Where can I get Graphic Novels?
I know about FMHY but I thought I should ask you guys first. Where can I get non mainstream graphic novels. I know where to get comics but graphic novels are a bit different. I'm not going to give any examples of graphic novels because I was suspended for less.

Guide Quick start guide for private torrent trackers
For basic info such as what is torrenting and what is a private torrent tracker, check the r/trackers wiki: https://www.reddit.com/r/trackers/wiki/index/
Assuming that you're interested in getting on a good TV/movie torrent tracker, here is a simple guide to get started:
- Join the books tracker MyAnonamouse (MAM) through IRC interviews. More info: https://www.myanonamouse.net/inviteapp.php
- Get 1 TiB of upload by seeding hundreds of freeleech and VIP torrents. VIP does not cost real money, it only costs bonus points which you get from seeding. Guide: https://mampointsguide.neocities.org/
- Wait 6 months on MAM to get access to the general tracker (with a TV/movie focus) Seedpool (SP), which you can join from the Other Torrent Sites forum on MAM. If you can't see this forum, it's because you don't have access yet.
- Wait 9 months on MAM to get access to the TV/movie trackers Blutopia (BLU) and LST via MAM's Other Torrent Sites forum. Interactive guide: https://trackerpathways.org/
- Optional: Accelerate your entry into BLU by uploading 10 torrents to MAM. If you do that, you can get in with an account age of 6 months (rather than 9) if you have 1 TiB of upload.
- Optional: Spend some real money to get onto the general tracker TorrentLeech immediately by signing up through their seedbox promo. Cancel the seedbox so it doesn't renew after the first month. But don't try to refund the seedbox or you'll get banned. Seedbox promo: https://www.torrentleech.cc/user/account/promoreg
Check the r/trackers wiki for more info: https://www.reddit.com/r/trackers/wiki/index/ If you have a question, chances are it's been answered before, so search past posts and comments on r/trackers and r/Piracy to find an answer.

Question Anna's Timeout?
I'm having trouble using Anna's Archive the past few days, I keep getting 504 timeouts. And that's using a VPN or not.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I've tried to do a search on here with nothing coming up.

Question Reliable subtitle (.srt) website?
I'm watching the last season of Squid Game, but the included "subtitles" are actually closed captions, and it takes about four tries on random websites to find normal ones. Incredibly frustrating.

Question Websites for 2000s shovelware/casual games?
There was a period before the 2010s, when Steam/Epic/GOG weren't where all video games were stationed. Prior to that, there were a lot of 'casual' games being distributed over the internet.
Things like Bejeweled, Zuma, Luxor, Farm Frenzy, Chicken Invaders, Snowy Treasure Hunter, Diner Dash, etc.
A lot of those games were distributed by sites like Big Fish Games, Gamehouse, Alawar, etc.
Trying to find any of those games now is really hard. At some point ~10 years ago I remember stumbling upon MyPlayCity, that offered a lot of those for downloading (although it also had a shit ton of adware lol). But checking it now, it seems it's died down, and pretty much all the entries were removed.
Does anyone know of any website that is a good aggregate for those types of games?

News Alleged Kemo IP-TV Operator Faces Criminal Prosecution in Dubai Following ACE Complaint * TorrentFreak
torrentfreak.comAn alleged operator of pirate IP-TV services Kemo IP-TV and Lemo TV faces criminal prosecution in Dubai, following a complaint from anti-piracy coalition ACE.
The case surprisingly surfaced in a Florida federal court, where DISH Network's request for a $28.65 million default judgment against the same defendants was just denied.
According to the judge, DISH failed to show that they were properly served.

Question NFHS Network
I have family members that are active in high school sports but I can’t travel to all the games. Are there sites that stream the NFHS network videos? Paying a Netflix like subscription for high school sports seems ridiculous.
