Chromium based browsers close the session abruptly

This is for an old PC that I'm reviving and bringing to the Linux side, IIRC: 4Gb RAM probably DDR2 or 3, Core 2 duo.

As soon I play a video in youtube, or music in soundcloud, heck, even clicking to download rustdesk the session dies, just dies. Firefox works otherwise, but they need chromium based due to Teams and G-Meet calls, sharing videos on Firefox doesn't share audio so ... yeah ...

I need advice please, I put on it Debian 13 XFCE.

Thanks!

You need to perform the usual checks, such as checking the RAM memory for errors, hard disks, system temperature and so on.

Once those have been rule out, check if there's any specific requirement for your motherboard or processors, older hardware was very buggy and needed special parameters.
