Help, how long does withdrawal from the medications described below take?

Hi, I’ve been dependent on oxycodone for years and take 300–360 mg a day. I’m now supposed to start substitution therapy with Polamidon or methadone, and then switch to Subutex after a few months (at my own request). How long does physical withdrawal last for each of these three medications?
