How different do pregabalin and phenibut feel in practice

how strong is phenibut compared to gabapentin? Im on 300mg of gabapentin and I am thinking about trying phenibut instead but am not quite sure how one compares to the other as far as strength goes

I’m not sure what it is, but when I take phenibut I feel calm, social, excited, talkative. And when i take gaba A substances I feel the same.

But the times I’ve tried pre gab and F-phenibut I felt so on edge and anxious the whole time. Like really bad. It only made me feel worse.

I’ve been dependent on opiods ( now I just take suboxone and I’m sober other than that )

But when I took the pregab one time, it felt like it cancelled out my kratom I was on at the time, and I thought that was why I felt off, I ended up having some drinks and then I felt great (synergistic even) but this time with the f phenibut, I just felt so uncomfortable, spacey, anxious and that was the only thing I was on. I am fully sober besides for suboxone prescribed, so alcohol isn’t an option

It’s just weird that with regular phenibut it does help me a lot.

Does anyone else understand this or know why I’m experiencing this?

Regular phenibut makes me feel energetic but calm and not anxious at all, I usually take 500mg of that stuff, today I took 100mg of F-phenibut thinking it would make me feel calm,knowing it’s a gaba B agonist but not a dopamine agonist like phenibut is.

Instead of feeling calm, I feel just as anxious if not more anxious and restless then I did before taking it. Why is this going on, I took 100 mg then like 60 mg an hour and half later

It’s really bad I’m just extremely spacey high alert, no calm in my body, I can’t handle it. It’s like a bad trip without the visual / mind fuck

I'm ordering phenibut this week and I want to hear some stories.

I have experience with: alprazolam,clonazepam,diazepam,zolpidem,baclofen,pregabalin.

I don’t understand everyone said F phenibut and pregab calm them down. Make them more chill and sometimes can even be slightly sedative.

For me these substances all make me wired and overly anxious, feel like I need a drink just to calm down from how overstimmed I feel, and I’m not an alcohol drinker at all. Does anybody know why I’m having these paradoxical effects from GABA b agonists? GABA A chills me out like a zombie, but I cannot use those substances anymore.

Regular phenibut is the only gaba B I can handle I think because the dopamine calms my adhd. If still is stimulating like it’s supposed to be, but I can feel relaxed and present on that stuff, and F phenibut is just the exact opposite total withdrawln and edgy feeling

Has anyone tried this combo and has had good results from it. I didn’t feel much but maybe slightly more inhibition. Ive been wanting to add pregab but dont have a script.

i’ve done a lot of benzos, gabapentin, z-drugs, pregab, and all that and i’m now interested in trying out phenibut. i have 0 tolerance to gaba drugs at the moment im 5’9 male and 117lbs how much should i take to get blasted and what should i expect? should i also get f-phenibut instead since i heard it’s more euphoric or should i just stick with phenibut. also most importantly is it kinda lame or is it worth trying?

300-450mg of Pregabalin makes me want to clean my room and do stuff that I always procrastinate. I guess that makes me an atypical responder🤔 If I were to try phenibut, does this fact affect how I'd feel on phenibut?

Phenibut analogues

Anyone know about all the different phenibut analogues I've recently learned about 3-Amino-3-methyl-2-phenylbutanoic acid and would like to try it I also know about tolibut and obviously flurophenibut. Bromophenibut is another one too, are they new phenibut analogues currently being made because I actually very fucking curious what they can make and wanna know you know phenibut is such an interesting substance already and I'd honestly like to try all analogues as possible at least once fr

I wanna know how u guys compare these, based on euphoria, body effects, length, and any other effect u could think of and also overall which is more enjoyable. I am going on a date with a very hot and smart girl and I want to make the best of it. Sometimes i get a little anxious so I want some help getting relaxed but maybe also euphoric. The thing is she likes to drink so I will probably have to drink (but I could manage to drink just three or four drinks, I have very high alcohol tolerance, and never get dizzy or vomit). I am thinking phenibut would be nice -since it seems more euphoric and prosexual- but I haven't tried it. I've taken 100 mg Lyrica and drank with no issues, but can't say it made too much of a difference, maybe just a little calmer at the beginning but also maybe a little drowsy.

I would like to avoid the drowsiness and get a bit of the calmness and euphoria, but maybe I am asking for too much. Please share your preferred gaba goodie of choice for dates and the dose you think would be manageable and even maybe magical?

Coming off about a year of various forms of opioids. I have Phenibut and will soon have gabapentin.

I haven’t used Phenibut in many years but I used gabapentin in high doses every week or two.

Truing to ease the agonizing symptoms and speed up time. Does anyone have recommendations? Would you stick to just one (and if so which option)?

Current plan is to use a moderate Phenibut on the night of day 2 if I can’t sleep then take a higher dose upon waking up. If helpful take it again the next day. If so, would switching to gabapentin for another day or two to finish up days 4 and 5 work or would it hardly do anything?

I know I typically use gabapentin on the two hardest days because its effects are significantly reduced past 2 days in a row.

I’ve been taking Phenibut daily ranging in doses from .5g - 5g for a month, and occasionally taking 600-1200mg of gabapentin with it. How bad can I expect withdrawals to be and can someone advise me on a taper?

Have any of you used Phenibut and Bromantane together before? I'd like to try it, and no matter how much research I've done, I haven't been able to find any information. Some people say that bromantane cancels out the euphoric effects of phenibut, while others say they create a synergistic effect. What do you think?

Definitely don't ever take f-phenibut no matter what, I've been terrified/suffering for the longest time. A sort of cosmic dread because of the damage it did, can't focus or relax whatsoever and it's much different than regular (though extreme) phenibut withdrawal. It's amplified to an extreme and I know how smart some of you are, you might be able to deduce this despite not being able to find a straight answer. Unfortunately there's only one article on it and I can't quite understand it, it says it regulates the GABAB/AKT/GSK3β/β-catenin pathway but I don't know if that means UP-REGULATE the damned thing. Thank you very much if you can make something out of that or contribute something helpful.

How long would a 3 gram dose last?

I took phenibut and didn't really feel anything of 1200 mg, would 1.5 G be a good starter dose?

Just received a bunch of phenibut capsules in the mail today and dropped 1,600 mg on an empty stomach. I have a script for gabapentin, but I find phenibut to be more energetic and "clean" than the gabs. Anxiolysis is quite similar between the two in my experience. Anyone else notice differences between phenibut and more traditional gabapentinoids?
