Legendary Sens roster - always tried to take them to the cup with Sidorkiewicz in net and Turgeon as top league goalscorer lol

10/10

TVs like that are expensive now because of the rise in retro gaming

I rescued my old 34" CRT from my parents basement for my retro setup, and I nearly died. Holy crap those things are heavy lol.

The huge Sony trinitrons used to be free if you just agreed to carry it out of someone’s house. Now they’re hundreds.

+1 for Somewhere in Time!!!

Nice. Could use some softer/cozier lighting, though. Some lamps instead of overheads.

I agree with that

Badass retro setup. But is that tv stand able to withstand that weight??

2

u/workhorse_crusader 23h ago

It's actually rated at 300 lbs lol

That speaker size to TV ratio is off the charts!

1

u/funkereddit 14h ago

Why not scoot the stereo over and get the SNES off the floor?

1

u/EnvironmentalTop8745 11h ago

The fact you have a CRT means the setup is not modest. :)

This is what I wanna do during the weekend. Feet up and playing games. Simplistic but effective setup you have.

I only had 8 SNES games and NHL was one of them!! I don’t remember which year I had but loved it!
