Can a hacked Switch 1 interact with a Switch 2?

Hi, I just got a Switch 2 and I was wondering if it’s possible to get the console or my Nintendo account banned because I'm also using a Switch 1 running Atmosphere

I still tried my best to make sure the two consoles wouldn’t interact with each other. When I received the Switch 2, I created a brand new nintendo account specifically for it. I also put my Switch 1 in airplane mode, disconnected it completely from Wi-Fi, and I also blocked Nintendo’s ips by following the hack tutorial which said to place a file named emummc.txt in SD:\atmosphere\hosts. I should also clarify that my Switch 1 is running CFW on emuMMC.

I know my post might sound a bit paranoid, but I just want to make sure everything is okay and see if anyone else has had any issues with this haha

Hello! Banned switch 1 user here. Been using switch 2 for a year and another switch oled for a couple. Everything with the same account. Most nintendo bans are console only, heard of very few cases where they banned the account

Pretty sure account bans are rare if you did get banned on the switch 1 it wouldn't ban your switch 2 aswell. I'm using the same account I've been using on my modded switch for like 8 years Them interacting isn't gonna matter

Not in my experience. I just finished modding my switch 1 since it had little to no resale value and turned it into an android. I play my switch 2 for video gaming and nothing out of the ordinary I have noticed these past couple weeks

Nintendo only hardware bans not acxount bans so only the switch 1 would get banned unless you used something like a Mig switch on the switch 2

I just connected a hacked S1 to a S2 to play StarFox. Worked great, and S2 still going strong.

dont think so, bans are system specific

im pretty sure you can transfer save data from a modded switch 1 to a switch 2 and be fine

Idk but I didn't do it anyway. It's useless for me since I just bought my switch 1 from second hand specifically for hacking. I don't have anything else on it

What about using save data from a hacked switch 1 on a switch 2? Is that even possible? Always wondered about moving save data over from the switch 1

you can transfer data from sysnand (so clean legal shit) to another system without a ban
